Participating Dealerships: Osborne Park Kia, Osborne Park MG, Osborne Park GAC and XPENG Osborne Park.

Combined Promotion: This promotion is conducted as a single promotion across Osborne Park Kia, Osborne Park MG, Osborne Park GAC and XPENG Osborne Park. All eligible entries received from the participating dealerships will be pooled into a single draw. There is one (1) prize only, being AUD $5,000, across all participating dealerships.

1. Promotion Period

1. 1.1. The promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on Monday 9 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Thursday 24 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. 1.2. The promotion is available exclusively through the following participating dealerships:
   • Osborne Park Kia
   • Osborne Park MG
   • Osborne Park GAC
   • XPENG Osborne Park
3. 1.3. The promotion is not available outside the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

1. 2.1. Entry is open exclusively to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are retail customers and complete an eligible paid retail vehicle service at a participating dealership during the Promotion Period.
2. 2.2. Fleet customers, corporate fleet accounts, internal dealership transactions and non-retail servicing customers are not eligible to enter.
3. 2.3. Employees of the Promoter, participating dealerships, associated companies, promotional suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. 2.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
5. 2.5. The Promoter may require reasonable proof that an entrant completed and paid for an eligible retail vehicle service during the Promotion Period. Service invoices, booking records and payment records may be used to verify eligibility.

3. How to Enter

1. 3.1. To automatically receive one (1) entry into the competition, an eligible retail customer must:
   1. Book an eligible paid retail vehicle service at a participating dealership during the Promotion Period;
   2. Complete the eligible retail vehicle service during the Promotion Period; and
   3. Pay for the eligible retail vehicle service in full during the Promotion Period.
2. 3.2. Participating dealerships may use promotional codes for administration and tracking purposes. Quoting a promotional code is optional, and failure to quote a promotional code will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.
3. 3.3. Each eligible completed and paid retail vehicle service constitutes one (1) entry into the competition.
4. 3.4. Multiple eligible retail services may result in multiple entries, provided each service independently meets the eligibility requirements.
5. 3.5. Services that are cancelled, refunded, not completed, not paid for in full or otherwise ineligible will not qualify for entry.
6. 3.6. Warranty-only work, complimentary services, fleet servicing, internal dealership repairs, goodwill servicing provided at no charge and any other service categories expressly identified by the Promoter as excluded are not eligible. Any additional exclusions must be communicated before the relevant service is performed.

4. The Prize

1. 4.1. One (1) eligible entrant will win a cash prize of AUD $5,000.
2. 4.2. The total prize pool across all participating dealerships is AUD $5,000.
3. 4.3. This promotion is conducted as one combined promotion across Osborne Park Kia, Osborne Park MG, Osborne Park GAC and XPENG Osborne Park. All eligible entries will be pooled into one combined draw, and only one (1) winner will be selected across all participating dealerships.
4. 4.4. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for another product or service.
5. 4.5. The prize will be paid to the winner by a method determined by the Promoter, subject to applicable laws.

5. The Draw

1. 5.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from the combined pool of all eligible entries received from Osborne Park Kia, Osborne Park MG, Osborne Park GAC and XPENG Osborne Park.
2. 5.2. The draw will take place as follows:
   • Date: Friday 22 January 2027
   • Time: 12:00pm AWST
   • Location: 300 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017
3. 5.3. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of booking or service.
4. 5.4. If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible or cannot be contacted, any redraw will be conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5. 5.5. If the prize remains unclaimed for three (3) months after the original draw, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize redraw in accordance with applicable legal requirements and any relevant permit conditions.
6. 5.6. The Promoter may publish the winner’s first initial, surname and suburb in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Vehicle Service Eligibility

1. 6.1. Only paid retail vehicle servicing completed by retail customers at the service departments of participating dealerships during the Promotion Period is eligible for entry, subject to the exclusions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
2. 6.2. Fleet servicing, corporate fleet transactions and any other non-retail service transactions are expressly excluded from the promotion, regardless of whether payment has been made.
3. 6.3. The following service categories are excluded:
   1. Fleet and corporate fleet servicing;
   2. Warranty-only repairs or servicing;
   3. Complimentary or free servicing;
   4. Internal dealership repairs or servicing of dealership-owned vehicles;
   5. Goodwill servicing where no payment is required from the retail customer; and
   6. Any other service categories expressly identified by the Promoter as excluded before the relevant service is performed.
4. 6.4. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude specific service types or transactions from the promotion, provided any additional exclusions are communicated before the relevant service is performed and are consistent with applicable laws.
5. 6.5. Eligible retail vehicle servicing must be completed and paid for in full during the Promotion Period to qualify for entry.

7. Privacy

1. 7.1. Personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw and contacting the winner.
2. 7.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
3. 7.3. The winner’s first initial, surname and suburb may be published for the purposes of announcing the competition winner, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. General

1. 8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and any relevant permit conditions.
2. 8.2. The Promoter may disqualify entries involving fraudulent, misleading or otherwise ineligible transactions.
3. 8.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
4. 8.4. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
