Promoter: OSPK Pty Ltd ABN 43 643 206 320, operating at 300 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park, Western Australia (the “Promoter”).

Combined Promotion: This promotion is conducted across Osborne Park Kia, Osborne Park MG, Osborne Park GAC and XPENG Osborne Park as a single combined promotion. All eligible entries received from the participating dealerships will be pooled into one draw. There is one (1) prize only of AUD $10,000 to be awarded across all participating dealerships.

1. Promotion Period

1.1. The promotion commences at 12:01am AWST on 7 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 24 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

1.2. The promotion is available exclusively through the following participating dealerships:

• Osborne Park Kia
• Osborne Park MG
• Osborne Park GAC
• XPENG Osborne Park

1.3. The promotion is not available outside the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible vehicle from a participating dealership during the Promotion Period and satisfy all entry requirements.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, participating dealerships, their associated companies, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request proof of identity, age, residency or purchase.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To automatically receive one (1) entry into the competition, an eligible entrant must:

• a) Purchase an eligible new, demonstrator or used vehicle from one of the participating dealerships during the Promotion Period; and
• b) Complete the vehicle purchase and take delivery of the vehicle on or before 31 December 2026.

3.2. Vehicles purchased before 7 November 2026 or after 24 December 2026 are not eligible.

3.3. The vehicle must be delivered to the purchaser on or before 31 December 2026 to qualify for entry.

3.4. If a vehicle is purchased during the Promotion Period but is not delivered by 31 December 2026, the purchaser will not be eligible to enter the draw, subject to applicable law.

3.5. Each eligible vehicle purchase constitutes one (1) entry into the competition.

3.6. Multiple eligible vehicle purchases may result in multiple entries, provided that each purchase independently satisfies all eligibility requirements.

3.7. An entry becomes invalid if the vehicle purchase is cancelled, terminated, rescinded, refunded or otherwise fails to complete prior to vehicle delivery.

3.8. Entries from all four participating dealerships will be combined into a single pool for one random prize draw.

4. The Prize

4.1. One (1) eligible entrant will win a cash prize of AUD $10,000.

4.2. The total prize pool across all participating dealerships is AUD $10,000.

4.3. There is only one (1) cash prize available across Osborne Park Kia, Osborne Park MG, Osborne Park GAC and XPENG Osborne Park. No separate prizes will be awarded for individual dealerships.

4.4. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize, product, vehicle, credit or service.

4.5. The prize will be paid to the winning entrant by a method determined by the Promoter, subject to applicable law.

4.6. The winner is responsible for any tax implications associated with receiving the prize and should seek independent tax advice if required.

5. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received across the four participating dealerships that satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. The draw will take place at 300 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park, Western Australia, at 10:00am AWST on 29 January 2027.

5.3. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or an authorised representative of the Promoter.

5.4. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

5.5. The winner’s first initial, surname and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website, social media platforms or other promotional material as required or permitted by law.

5.6. If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw to select a replacement winner, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

5.7. If the prize remains unclaimed for three (3) months from the original draw date, being 29 April 2027, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize redraw, subject to applicable laws, permits and regulatory requirements.

5.8. Any redraw will be conducted in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The Promoter will notify the replacement winner using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

6. Proof of Purchase

6.1. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that an entrant purchased an eligible vehicle during the Promotion Period and took delivery on or before 31 December 2026.

6.2. Acceptable evidence may include a vehicle purchase agreement, invoice, delivery documentation or other documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter.

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry and disqualify an entrant where the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or provided false or misleading information.

7. Disqualification

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• a) Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
• b) Provides false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• c) Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the competition or entry process;
• d) Breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
• e) Engages in fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate conduct in connection with the promotion.

7.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the promotion is final, subject to applicable Australian consumer and competition laws.

8. Vehicle Eligibility and Exclusions

8.1. Eligible vehicles include new, demonstrator and used vehicles purchased from a participating dealership during the Promotion Period, provided that the purchase and delivery requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are satisfied.

8.2. The following transactions are excluded from the promotion:

• Fleet sales
• Government sales
• Rental sales
• Wholesale transactions
• Dealer transfers
• Employee purchases

8.3. Only eligible retail vehicle purchases that meet all requirements of these Terms and Conditions will qualify for entry into the draw.

9. Privacy

9.1. By participating in the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility and contacting the winner.

9.2. Personal information may be used for promotional and marketing activities only where permitted by law and in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

9.3. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy and Australian privacy laws.

10. General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

10.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or failure arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.

10.4. By purchasing an eligible vehicle during the Promotion Period and entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
